Small Business Spotlight Questionnaire

The Small Business Spotlight is a free monthly platform that is available to any SFN Band member owned business currently in operation. Each month a different business will be able to showcase their product & services, how they started and share what their future business aspirations are. Each addition of the Small Business Spotlight will be included with our monthly SFNIBA Newsletter.

Please complete the following questions and provide us a copy of a photo, either of your logo or type of product you sell. Once the IBA Coordinator has all the information, we will paste it into our monthly newsletter small business spotlight section.
